The Unisangam journey

Unisangam is a flagship digital governance initiative launched to connect universities, faculty, and students across Uttarakhand under one unified platform. Designed under the guidance of the Governor’s House, it provided secure channels for official communication, academic updates, and private notifications to higher education institutions. With features like cross-university collaboration, multilingual support (English and Hindi), and real-time broadcasting of events, Unisangam played a critical role in bringing together self-financed and government universities into a transparent, accessible ecosystem.

Our team engineered end-to-end solutions for Unisangam, including a React.js + Cordova-based mobile app for students and faculty, a dedicated admin panel for governance, and a Node.js backend secured with JWT and Firebase. The platform empowered administrators to streamline academic oversight, while providing institutions and students with timely access to verified information. Built with scalability and security at its core, the project was so impactful that it was later handed over to the National Informatics Centre (NIC) Uttarakhand, ensuring its continuity as a prestigious state-level digital governance initiative.
